Ohio Senate Bill 10 makes changes to Ohio's sexual offender classification system to comply with the Adam Walsh Act which was signed into law by President Bush in July 2006. Senate Bill 10 applies retroactively, meaning that offenders previously classified will have their reporting requirements extended, in some cases for life.

Do you think it is fair to punish someone again when there reporting requirements were established many years ago? Isn't this an ex post facto (after the fact) law?
